Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to protecting the environment, rescuing and rehabilitating marine species, and advancing environmental education and research. With the aim of getting sick or injured animals back into their natural habitats. The aquarium houses some animals that cannot be released, visitors view them in permanent homes and learn about their rescue journeys. The aquarium is well known for its leadership in environmental conservation and research on marine mammals, working with international scientific partners to save marine life and their environments.
